Next Step Summer 2026 Registration

Tuesdays, May 12-June 30, 6:30-8:45pm CT | Next Step Ministry is an eight-week course for couples who want to intentionally discern the vocation of marriage in community with peers and married mentors. We invite you to join us to learn more about the Catholic Church’s beautiful understanding of the importance of pursuing healthy interpersonal relationships as a path to happiness and wholeness.

STA Spring 2026 Next Step begins on Tuesday, February 24. Spots are limited and we fill up fast; so you are encouraged to sign up asap. Each member of the couple should register separately. All classes will be held on Zoom from 6:30-8:45pm pm CT for 8 weeks.

Each person participating in this course must fill out a separate form.

This course is reccomended for couples who are in a committed relationship and have been dating at least 5 months. Due to the purpose of this course and it's intentional form of discernment, we ask that dating couples participate in this course together. Dating couples will be placed in the same small group.

For St. Thomas Aquinas (Dallas, TX) parishioners, the cost is being subsidized by the parish and the fee for each participant is $40. Non-STA parishioners are asked to pay the full cost of $60 per participant.

Permissions

As part of the course, we will share your phone number and email with your mentor couple. Also, all participants will have the opportunity to be a part of a GroupMe in their small groups. We also share the names of participants with Discern Marriage Ministries.


Sometimes participants like to have group texts or a contact list for each other to stay in touch between classes, and after the class ends. Please let us know if you would like to have your contact information shared with your group members.
